It's Cool, Looks Cool, the color is Cool, the features are Cool, Everything is Cool.
Looks like great tech, but I think I'd have to be REALLY hot before I actually wore it. I can see me using it to carry, and pull out of a bag to quickly cool down, but I think it's way too bulky to actually wear.
If you're in the desert, or in a jungle, yes, it'd be a Godsend, but otherwise, I'd have to say I'd wait for version 2 or 3, when the tech gets smaller and sleeker before it was a wearable device for me.
This seems like a great way to maintain a comfortable temperature and I like that it gives you the option to add a mosquito repellent to the mist too.
It's really useful for all.
Portable so easy to carry.
Giving instant cooling.

We only need to pour water inside it and we can use it right away.

Looks like a cool and unique product with a good use-case in many regions. I spend the summer in my hometown and just got back a few days ago and friends told me the temperature in the city wasn't bare-able this summer and one even bought him a mini AC. With them now being in the funding phase a single piece is just about $60 USD so will definitely think about it to be prepared for the next summer.

Well , this is a cool clothe for areas where the temperature is kind of high and it not really compulsory you have a mobile phone to use it. Easy to operate as well
