It is a portable device for light therapy, ideal to combat winter as well as insonnio problems. It can be used while doing any other activity. It has lateral arms that allow to adapt easily, it is also rechargeable by USB mini. It works by stimulating photoreceptors located in the lower part of the retina, which minimizes glare.

It is recommended to use in the morning for 20-45 minutes and results will be seen after 4 days. Its constant use increases the energy since it sleeps better also improves the mood.
