You can keep your electricity bill under control by Watt the App.
You can track which devices are on, how much money you are paying for that device, for hourly period or yearly period.
When you select the devices, you will get notification about them.
You can create a back up of ypur devices' list and you can share your list with your house members.

I understand what this app is offering, however I think there are a few holes in the theory.
It says you can monitor which device is on and avoid blackout cased by overload.
Your electricity system should be built to support the consumption you have. That is the minimum requirement when building a house. That is the solution, not monitoring what you're consuming so you can avoid blackout.
