Pros:
A new concept to build a good habit
Helps declutter your life from social media apps and get to sleep on time
Improves health when you sleep

Cons:
It might become addictive at later stages
You'll always need an external motivation that'll prompt you to sleep

Yeah, it is right to help with declutter life from social media and ​go to sleep. We tend to stick with our phone although on the bed or worst bring the phone to sleep together.
