From few screenshots it looks it has a potential. I thought it was related to tabletop game I used to play as a teenager using metal figures. It was discontinued but now new version is released.

There is an active community behind it.
Some features like your HQ that you build any thing else will stay with you for all missions. It's difficult to find in paid or (closed-source) games.
I wish I had more time for playing the games. Building my own models and army would be amazing feature for me as a maker.
