• It smartly suggests different exercises for different days and different times of the day.
• Exercises exactly for your body, either you're a bookworm or an athlete.
• 11 exercises that you can do while you are in the bathroom, either you're taking bath, brushing or using toilet.
• Hundred of exercises which you can perform during your daily routine activities.
• Track your exercise records, status and patterns.
• Basic membership is free. PRO & PT PRO registration are available for $5.99 and $9.99 per month respectively for other than above mentioned features.

Cons:

• I couldn't think of any disadvantage.
