It's funny when I already asked my questions and I am being asked to read. Thanks anyway.

The implant is a biodegradable polymer scaffold containing growth factors and components of each patient’s tumors.
The implantable cancer vaccine is currently being used in Phase I clinical trial in collaboration with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
We are implanting steels nuts and bolts in the patient's body, that foreign object is considered as a helping object and it is not giving any problem to the patient. This foreign object is not shot with a gun, it is placed in proper place by the experts who know how to do, how long to keep it, and it differs on the situation.
And it is not funny to read webpage to understand things well. Have a great day. @macoolette
