Good Question indeed. Well @themanualbot ultimate aim of any form of mediation is to acquire FOCUS. While watching the various exercises via VR one feels those exercises are taking place in front of him/her. Presence of someone or feelings of like that make one more attentive and focused. This is what Unyte is all about :)
