This is a niche innovation, and will be very useful, through out the world. Given that, transmission loss in electricity is more than 50 % in traditional electricity generation and distribution, this will have a huge impact, because I think, the electricity generated in any high rise building can straight be utilized without a need of transmission to long distance places.
