This might be enough to tempt me into sitting down on a chair again to work - which is strange, as I've done everything I can to avoid sitting on a chair all day. Let me explain...
I'm a creative, and content creator, who does long stretches working on a computer. I've suffered back problems before, due to sitting too much, so switched from a chair, to sitting on a big exercise ball (which keeps your back in motion more). This has improved things.
Recently, I built a standing desk in my office, so I could also work standing up. So, at the moment, I'm splitting my work time between sitting and standing.
Now, this tech is very tempting. Not only does it prompt you to sit in the correct position (whic is important), but it also measures heart rate, breathing and stress levels (!?). This looks great.
