Technology develops everyday and this product will ve perfect dot the disabled people, Of course the best would be organel plantation but it is impossible in must cases, so this is great development and great hunt. Congratulations to developers and hunter @truthsfinder
Nice hunt @truthsfinder. A 3d printed robot arm may actually reduce the cost of such tools significantly. And as you rightly pointed out, it may help people with disabilities. And i agree that it will evolve only to add features and make it more useful. Good one.
many robots are extremely expensive are manufactured for rich people so to speak, so I am a supporter that this type of progress that are more axible because not only people with money suffer disabilities, good hunting
This technic is so great for especially fabrics. In this technological time we need this kind of staff. It can make thing more precisely than human arm. And its open source so anyone can improve or use it. Nice hunt
I notice a lot of hunts regarding 3d printing and this will play a major role in the future as more and more niches and fields of activity are using it...
@truthsfinder, cool hunt. It is amazing what technology brings to us with this robot arm. So convenient. Great for those who are disabled and can surely use this one. Great hunt.
This is super nice hunt @truthsfinder for it has a lot of advantages. Starting from being an open source to the sense that it can really help disabled persons! Congrats!
Normally we see the similar products in big companies but this one gives to small companies a chance to build and use it on own job. I like the idea that its open source so it will give ecerybody the possibility. Technology suprise us each day.
What I like most about this project is its "Open-Source" nature. Yes, with open-source, the development of this tool is almost unlimited. So, anyone can make it (who thinks that this is a difficult project before). In fact, blue-print is provided freely, and can be developed freely too. I want to try it after having 3D Printer of course :)
This product will enter Top 5 hunts today (in my blog).
wow! such a great hunt @truthsfinder, this arm can greatly help persons with disabilities or in short PWD, i already see this kind of product in youtube but i don't know if it really exist, and now, you actually prove it! Thanks! PWD don't really need some assistant to make some basic chores.
Agree with all things are not buy-able for us for high expensively. But 3D Printable Robot Arm give us the great opportunity. By this who are poor but talent or disabled person can work easily. Great Hunt friends.
An amazing idea. Open source is crucial going forward. Having something that can be 3D printed means it would be available to most. The problem is that it would take a rather high end 3D printer if I had to guess.
