This is a very useful life saving product. It could even become a standard part of medical centers in the future. DeChoker is easy to use. But things won't be as easy as the demonstrations in real life situations where the victim is struggling and acting erratic under the chaotic conditions I also wonder about the potential injuries from sucking the object out. But at the end of the day, some throat injury is preferable to asphyxiation.
