There is already too much competition in this space and while this is yet to be launched, i doubt employers will want a token economy to do hiring for them. Hiring is the most screwed up industry and it has more to do with short term mindset of senior management rather than a platform issue.
Decentralised anything is good for a different reason imo. So hope that these guys succeed
This platform will be very successful! We know that one of the concerns when we leave the university is where we will find jobs. You may be a brilliant student, but sometimes you don't know which door to knock on. It's a good thing that GOOREO exists, so that the student knows which job openings are available and which is best suited to his or her aspirations. As with employers, it's a good way to expand your hiring radius and make sure you have the personnel your company requires and that you ultimately hire. A very useful platform! Good hunting.
The GOOREO platform could be a very interesting decentralised career applicator as I know of many students who went to university got their grades but still cant get into a job in which subject they studied for, I also think the automatic paring of the student with a employer could be a very interesting feature.
