RE: My fellow Steemians

I guess you missed Adam's first take at Steemit was to leave because he was disappointed his intro post only made a thousand dollars. Poor baby, people on here writing good content way better than his getting pennies and he's crying he got a thousand bucks. He didn't earn anything it was given to him and I hardly doubt he's been a boom for the platform...most of his followers aren't coming here just to follow him.
Like I said I am a blogger, it's a hobby, I know I can join a group who could take the things I write and make them appear better...then it's not me then is it?...it's someone else making me look good. Lots of things in life are a matter of principle and pride to which a lot of people sell that out for profit if they can. Where does that leave us?....living in a anarchy state of everyone cheating to get over on everyone else.

I don't disagree with you. I am not advocating either anarchy or cheating. I am only saying that he is working the system and it is one he did not design. So can we really be angry with him or the designers? Your desire for an equitable and fair community I completely agree with, but how do we get there. Steemit is an experiment. there have been lots of claims made and now they are trying to see if those claims can actually work. We will all see. Perhaps Adam has it right. I cannot tell right now. perhaps you can. But by my observation he is the rule right now rather than the exception. He may be more blatant or less sophisticated about it, but from what I can see, the majority of those who have are padding themselves. Just my thoughts.
