Big corporate tech shuts down Infowars.com siting the site does not have a valid SSL. It is common for websites that have not been maintained properly or have been abandoned to have their SSL certificate expire. Infowars.com is not likely to be an organization that does not maintain their website properly.
Web hosts make it easy to update an SSL certificate so the average blogger or web store owner can maintain their site. It's likely Infowars' SSL has been taken away or the site has been shut down by another way and the web host has used the lack of an SSL as an excuse and putting that up on the Infowars homepage, making it look like it's the site owner's fault for not maintaining their site.
The internet purge is here and you and I are next.
SSL appears to be working fine (you still see the green lock). It appears to just be a server misconfiguration.
