So besides spammy comments it's also apparently a case of stealing others' content and posting it as one's own.
Yet another spammer, I can't judge on the stolen content just yet, but I've filed this one under my leads for further investigation when I find the time.
I've also forwarded his comments to @spaminator for dealing with the most obvious issue here: comment-spam.
