It is a bid bot that bids in batches of 2 hours with 100% votes. It doesn't vote on every transfer.

It's vote is worth around $1.50-$2 right now. So minimum bid of 0.250SBD to get a chance to get that vote. If a ton of people bid, the bid might get too high to profit a lot, but the top bid would have to be a good bit.

Also, someone might bid 0.501SBD and beat yours. It's a public auction with set time endings.
