By the way, the eat for your blood type diet has been pretty thoroughly debunked, I wouldn't use your blood type as a guide. All plants contain all amino acids, and the protein is higher quality in plants as well. You probably just need to eat a significant amount more than you were.
I only eat once a day, but it's a HUGE meal. I would ideally eat like.. 6 smaller meals through out the day, but.. This works for me right now with my finances. And fasting/calorie restriction are both generally healthy.
