What will i do for you exactly?
Well, my life up until now has been turbulent, strange, stressful, downright awful. I had battled demons of psychological nature, mental illness. I've tried to conquer things that made my daily life miserable and in the process of that i've devised a number of techniques, applying knowledge i picked up both from the medical community, talking to people in similar situations. I will share my personal stories, stuff i've done, horrible stuff i've done. A personal journey you can read and extract applicable knowledge. Of course, i will share things i've learnt more or less unrelated to this main topic
- Are you that person? Do you know a person in your life struggling with the same?
- Are you interested in reading and learning how to fight with the unbreakable?
- Do you want to read that in a non-sappy manner, intertwined with humor?
