Yesterday I ate “healthy” by counting to focus on portion size and say no to junk food. I drank enough water but more could always be consumed. I was on the treadmill for 30 minutes and lifted dumbbells for over an hour. Yes, I did stretch as both a warm up and as a cooldown to my exercising.

I give myself a score of 4
