My opinion is, that healthy food and overall less eating is No.1 to lose weight. But the only problem is, that if you don't change your lifestyle and embrace this type of food as your main food, not just a 4 week diet, than it wont work. You can lose weight even 25 lbs but once you convince yourself that this is it. And go back to your previous food habits than you'll gain even more than 25 lbs before you know it.
Cardio and exercise overall is a must but don't count on it for loosing weight. It can help you in the beginning but your body will adapt to it and will save the energy for your exercise hours. The only way to trick your body is to exercise and eat less!
Yeah man! Great words of advice and I'll have to write more about this as I blog on a healthier lifestyle. I just sort of had too much fun traveling and visiting family/friends over the past year I have lost touch with what it means to be fit.
