Very relevant post. The pitfall of social media is lesser human contact. It is indeed easy to hide behind your account and pretend that all is well. In the same way, it is more difficult to see whether a family member or friend is in depression. This post reminds us to be more vigilant, more compassionate, and be more human. Liking a post is not enough, have a meal together and catch up face to face. ^^
