Who would every think to put these two words in a sentence??? Absolutely preposterous!

But I'm here telling you that you can.

With Macros like this:

Almost 40 grams of protein? Hot damn. I'll never turn pizza down again.

This dish is so filling and great on your macro/ calorie goals. Good amount of proteins, carbs, and fats for a nice lunch or dinner. I hope you all had an awesome hump day! Enjoy!

Well deserved! :)

Thanks for sharing a delicious recipe. But I would like to say that just because it fits your macros doesn't mean it's healthy. In fact, micronutrients are much more important than macro/calorie goals. Your body has it's calorie storage, and if you are healthy, your body can tolerate any of the macronutrient or calorie deficiencies for days. But you have to take sufficient vitamins/minerals in order to regulate your vital metablolism activities such as heart beat, neurotransmission etc... Not even mentioning processed meat and glycemic index values. So I have to say, this pizza as a whole meal is not healthy at all.

I don't think my post was about being "healthy." In fact I don't think I used that word once. But I understand where you're coming from and thank you for your concern/ input. πŸ‘πŸΌ

You posted it under the tag of steemit-health and health. Thats why I felt it would be a nice thing to write about your recipes relationship with "health" to make things clear to people who found your post in order to gain some valuable information under these tags.

Ahhhh I understand. Well some people live a flexible dieting lifestyle which does incooperate healthy food. I guess they can utilize this as an alternative to getting dominos pizza. I'll go change my tags if I can. Don't need people getting misconception from my posts.

Also I think @kylek717 posts about health is precisely my take on this subject as well. He can put into words my thoughts better than myself. Worth a look.

I already red that post, it's a well written one.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't throw shit on your post. I also don't have a problem with the tags you use whatsoever. Your recipe may help people in many ways, like you just said, instead of them ordering pizza, they can make their own healthier version easily with your way. I just stated a fact, which I believe would be beneficial for the people who will read this post aiming to get some valuable insights about maintaining a healthy diet. Thats all, keep up the good work!

Thanks again?
