I am going to follow steemit-health and I am going to try to increase my low points today, right away. Today I got 2 points. (I ate correctly, and I drank correctly (ie, I did not drink alcohol and I did not drink sugary drinks). I am going to exercise today, and I am going to stretch today. (Why does stretching earn one point?) I will pass on "meditation" today, but I might study it later on.
