Hi, thanks for sharing, nice post. I only have one point amongst all the questions, feels bad man. Throughout the day, I only drink water so I think I can consider myself drink healthily? Exercise and stretching are something I have to develop as daily habit, so I am definitely working on it. Whereas meditation.. Haha sometimes may be

2 day after a diet..hehe staying 80/20 healthy food and just got a vitamix
