I feel really and truly sheepish, I scored a 4. it's only 5 points and ideally it should be a 5 on 5. But then bad weather can make one curl up rather than set off on a jaunt :)

I scored a 3 yesterday which is low by my standards. Had a rough Monday and sometimes it's hard to snap out of a bad day and make myself make healthy choices. Junk food and forgetting to meditate were what gave me a 3 and not a 5.

Today on the other hand...we'll let's just say this post inspired me a bit so I did a short run and a km on the rowing machine and lifted weights for a few minutes on my lunch break. Looking forward to yoga with my wife later and a healthy dinner. So my intent for TODAY is a 5. We'll see if the work day doesn't ruin that for me.

Thanks for inspiration. Sometimes a little nudge in the right direction is all I need. 😀
