5- Healthy food is important for body because It gives activity and vitamin. Fruits and vegetables has different vitamins such as vitamin A,B and C that are necessary for body. When eat healty food the body become sterileness. My advice for everyone eat healthy food and exercise. For people who suffer from cancer symptoms and treatment side effects, mind-body therapies, such as meditation, have been shown to help relieve anxiety, stress, fatigue, and general mood and sleep disturbances, thus improving their quality of life.

answering yr question I got 5, but the doctor is saying 1, but due to my illness (Alzheimer) sometime is good to have a little less of memory to forget what doctor is saying
