it is so low, i need to do exercise and meditation.

5 yeeeah!!!

Started working really hard at the outdoor gym in my local park and 10 km bike ride everyday! Feel like 5 is becoming the norm!!

Unfortunately my score is a 1. I WILL DO BETTER TODAY!

Being a student of university of nigeria nsukka and also coming from a poor family, i don't have enough to eat healthy and drink healthy drinks.and also due to school schedule, i don't have time to engage in exercise so i only meditate on my study and scripture.from these i only say yes to question 5 .that is one point(1 point).
