I resolve not to listen to those around me who don't think I can/should/or don't like my ideas or direction. My resolution is to put up a negativity boundary all around myself :) and keep it there. In my meditation I will remember I love what I do and know exactly what I want :)

I will let go of the small hassles that came my way today and celebrate the blessing of a stranger in the busy grocery store with a lot of groceries being so kind as to offer me to get in front of her. I did express my sincere gratitude for her kindness. I will randomly pass on that act of kindness to a stranger.

My resolution is to manage my anger in a more conducive manner so as not to pass my bad habits and rage onto my son.
It's a bleak existence wrought with despair and it it is my desire, nay my resolution that he should never have to feel anything, but happiness in his life.
