I was just volunteering at a farm. They had recently switched to feeding some of their animals with soy. They have always had problems with mice getting in their feed. Guess what? The mice don't touch the soy. That tells me something.
I don't eat soy unless it has been fermented and then only occasionally. Traditionally it was only eaten after fermentation.
Nice post @steemmaster. I just wrote a similar post on Protein nutrition which you might also find interesting https://steemit.com/health/@bunny26/protein-powders-and-shakes-all-you-need-to-know
Some good points, I would like to add that soy is high in an estrogen mimicker and isn't good for men over all.
