Because this recipe uses canned tomatoes and is made really quick (besides the time to concentrate the sauce and the time the sauce needs to cool down and chill) I started to make it right after the moment I saw this week's theme for the contest. :D
Give it a try! It's also very good for Curry Wurst (curry sausage), a German classic, when you put a few dashes of curry powder on it. ;)
