I didn't exactly measure, but it was roughly:
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Start with that and taste where you're at.
Not salty enough? Add more soy sauce (or salt).
Not sweet enough? Add more maple syrup (or any form of sugar).
Not spicy enough? Add more sriracha (or something more spicy).
Too thick? Add water
