For one person
Spinach Ravioli
2 tomatoes
1 portobello mushroom
5 shiitake mushrooms
Marinara sauce(recipe)
1 tablespoon of pesto
6 cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 slices of vegan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of Italian herbs
salt to taste

1/2 cuharadita oregano
1 branch of fresh basil
3 garlic cloves
olive oil
salt to taste

Steps
In a saucepan add the tomatoes in pieces in olive oil over medium heat and add the other ingredients until the sauce is done.

The mushrooms are cut the tomatoes the garlics and they are added to a frying pan with a bit of olive oil they move and the pesto and the Marinara sauce are added and the boils and the cherry tomatoes are added the ravioli and they are covered with the mixture so that they are cooked in that juice and in the end the vegan cheese is added
