Very interesting about your lettuce description, @kofibeatz! I like the wild lettuce, just because I don't have to do any work, except pick it. In my garden, I like a Butterhead variety, like Tom Thumb. Or the old-fashioned leaf lettuce -- there are so many varieties, but I've always like the Black-seeded Simpson lettuce or the Oakleaf lettuce. Enjoy your lettuce! :D
