Steemit Iron-chef 2017 #08 Chicken and Butternut hot-pot

Pumpkin, squash and Butternut not in my top ten of vegetables so I thought I'd pop everything into a slow cooker before heading off to work yesterday.

Added these vegetables to some deboned and skinned chicken thighs

Added some red peppers to the mix - chicken, sweetpotato, Butternut, spring onions and the pips

Diced Chicken Thighs

Was delicious by the way !! Stews always taste a lot better than they look

Was a busy week as I was in an elimination contest for Steemit's Got Talent - and really ran out of time.

Hopefully next week won't be as busy.

Have a great Thursday

I think the ingredients you used are perfect for making your pumpkin stew. A nice hot plate of that sounds so enticing!

Ooh I miss those nice slow cooker meals @leelektrik - so perfect for the winter

You said it right mate...stews always taste better than they look! But you did a very nice plating here, love it!

Thanks @progressivechef and thanks also for the support in Steemits got Talent - much appreciated

You are most welcomed my friend! My pleasure supporting you!

My vote not worth much yet - but thanks again

It's always nice to plate with some separation like you have here to make a stew look better. You certainly are right though with them not being very photogenic.

Yummy.... really looks appetizing, nd hopefully it'd be very sweet.
