I have just been looking for some intelligent people to help me make sense of this... It's almost like they think they are giving their own money away when they up-vote... LoL!
It's really interesting how these spammy people are making use of the platform. Seems like a complete waste if you ask me... These are, if you liken Steemit to a big condominium complex, what I would call very poor neighbors.
I hope that Steemit grows past this level of use and that people see how valuable and powerful real and genuine connections, communication, and influence really is...

I really don't understand this post, what meaningful comment can someone write if he makes one every 20 seconds? Not even looking at the fact that the person is obviously commenting on something he hasn't read. Maybe I did really get the post wrong.
In the case you saw it's like you can mute them and not waste bandwidth reply. :-) however there are people who appear in the first table but not the remaining table.
There are many so-called curators are just commenting like nice post, good, keep it up, etc. They don't even read the post.
