If you have a small group of people you like supporting then it does make life easier.
Steemvoter works for me in this way. For my blogs 25 mins is a good time, I'll be adding bots and get more votes after this point. I think I vote at 25 on your blogs.
I still try to get round my follows as comments are just as important I think.
Keep an eye on your voting power if you decide to go with it.

Which service do you use for doing it automatically? Do i need to use my master password in order to use it ?

Pretty sure you don't need your master password, I can't remember needing a key at all actually - a non steemit password is what I use to login (now)
