A good time is 15-30 minutes into the age of the post.

However, and as the blog outlines, successful utopian-io contributions are voted under a 'voting round'. So in this case, to be ahead of the biggest vote (likely to be @utopian-io), you have more of a time window than the usual 15 minutes or so. I hope this helps!

    I went to utopian.io logged in, can't find any "approved submissions"? I see Contributions, Blog Posts, Review, but not sure which one I should be focusing on. Also I filtered for Analysis, but all the posts are older than several hours, how long is that window you mentioned? I'm in Malaysia, so the time zone is basically opposite of USA.
