RE: Announcement: Steemit 101 e-book released for free (Part 2)

This is great! If we could find a good place to have these posts easier accessible (for instance the menu bar to the right where the whitepaper is linked) it would be good for the newcomers.

One question about the comments,

I've noticed that most posts have a really low payout compared to comment value / post value, even though I know its cause we are here really early and most people don't read the comments too much. Are there any plans to incentives comments more from users in the future?
There are many situations where authors write content, don't even reply or acknowledge the comment section and to a lot of users its off-putting as they think "well I should've spent more time on my own posts instead of interacting with the community" or "if author didn't take the time to reply on his own post, why should I keep commenting on it or even follow this channel"

I know there can be a wide range of quality in the comments but there has to be an incentive for someone to clear it out who does read through them, without them being worried of losing voting power and knowing that there is no incentive to even gain any curation rewards on voting on comments lately since the majority don't.

I also find it weird why it was removed completely from previous patches after being at a high % of the posts rewards going to comments back then.

I agree. It needs to be on a separate tab near the whitepaper.
