I agree with this a lot! I think we have the curation trails and guilds to thank for that, and since the price has been low/lower lately only the ones who really believe in the project and its future have remained/are starting to remain. :)
It's going to be an exciting year for Steemit I believe, although a lot has already been happening with it lately, I think this is just the beginning of something amazing! The quality in content in general has risen a lot and it feels awesome to find more and more content creators posting on the platform.
I personally can't wait to see how the independent comment reward pool will influence the comments and their quality in the future!
