In stead of "name" Place your text. Inside of parentheses () paste your link and you are done!

Anyway to post vid.me videos?
Haven't tried to. But if you can download vid.me posts you definately could straight upload the video to the post... or post it on vimeo and add vimeo video link to your post and Voila (vimeo to be honest is super fast and easy for steemit)
