Should I Pay for an Upvote to receive or Pay to Someone for Resteem?
Well guys I am now kind of confuse about what to choose in these good offers? As I am pretty new to Steemit platform and do not have that much reputation or earnings, so I should take every step with a little care.
I have got two offers right now, one is whether I should pay 01 SBD to @minnowbooster just to Upvote me with the power of 3x?
Or may I just pay 01 SBD to @jones420 to Resteem my post to 6700 followers? The later involves some risk but it can also get my some more followers and no one knows I may earn way better that the Upvote from @minnowbooster. But going through @jones420 profile I find his reputation -1. Which kind of kicks me back.
So I am a bit confused in these two, whether I should pay to get a confirm Upvote or I should pay for Resteem. What you guys refer to me, your ideas will be appreciated.

I totally get the wish to get more visibility and potentially get more money... however as I have seen several times on this platform, visibility does not necessarily mean quality.
You (as well as many others) end up paying someone to spread posts but for me this is missing the point. I am of course not judging the quality of your posts, am just talking in general - some posts end up with a lot of upvotes & resteems but, in my opinion, not for the right reasons.
I admit that it is frustrating to work on a post which you believe to be interesting and see that it only gets you a few upvotes (if any), but I guess I prefer to work my way up hoping to get a few more people interested each time.
Is it going to make me "rich"? No, but part of the pleasure of being on Steemit (in my case) is to share things I am interested in, or that speak to me (via my own posts or by commenting on other Steemians' posts).

You are right dude, some posts are really good but doesn't upvotes and some are just too low and get many upvotes, so I guess the good one needs exposure :P
I think you shouldn't have to pay anyone to upvote or resteem your posts. Keep posting and you'll make a good reputation and rewards after a little. Now I am following you to support your blogging jiurney (I expect NOTHING in return and I think that's how it should always be)
