As I understood it. you post a project about what would you do with that 1000SP... it could be posting daily quality posts. or it could be voting for as many quality people as you can. or something else...
Post your porject idea as new post with the tag @dragosroua mentioned and he will choose the best project.
But if you win you would have to work on the project for the whole month!!
