Renting delegation isn't pushing down the price, selling the steem gained by renting delegation is pushing down the price.

That's very different to steemits stance before. They refused rewards from delegating to steemhunt, dtube and utopian, email etc. Since it's premine stake, they aren't supposed to make money off of it.
