So I am just an hour old Steemian, an explorer from the small town of Reddit. And I am really like this idea of rewarding content creator and curators. Its about time we added real value to the data we created.
But, is there any mechanism by which a company or any agent can sponsor posts on steemit? Maybe they can buy STEEM and then use it as incentive for marketing their products to users? Or maybe they can sponsor posts by prominent steemians and reward the curators and participants of that post separately? I am just trying to start a conversation here and understand the ecosystem, not suggesting this is the path Steemit should take.
