I'm new member in steemit. I am still confused with the tool in steemit.
There are some questions I still do not understand.

1. How important is the power steam power in this steemit?
2. is there more reward if have big steem power?
3. reward if our post in upvote by others, why its value can be different?
   Sometimes I see only 3 people who upvote, but get more rewards, and in other posts there are 6 people who upvote, but lower value. Why did it happen ?

Maybe my friends here can give me feedback and explanations?

1. Steem power is nice to have but not necessary to have in order to write a blog. It lets you give bigger upvotes to your content and the content of others which helps you get noticed.

3. That is because some of the people who upvoted have a lot more Steem Power (SP) so they make the total rewards go up.

That's exactly right! You can also purchase Steem power. To do that you first have to purchase Steem. I suggest you Google, "how to buy Steem power" and use the more recent articles explaining it :)
