In my opinion, this document is far more important than a business plan or executive summary. Any business benefits from a Manifesto as it demonstrates not only your personal values but the signals required to carry forth the vision behind your company. Especially, if you are tech company, the Maniesto helps define responsibilities in the digital age.
The manifesto, the trending term at the moment, can be private for your eyeballs only or for public, shared with your team and customer. For example, if you are a company that send gifts and other packages to its customers, include a manifesto for the end user to hang on their walls. Manifesto complement digital packages as they signal ownership in the value chain.
