As for a total beginner who just logged in here today, it gives me very nice overall picture what can I expect from this community and obviously also how I should behave and react. I am really excited to discover Steemit community and hope that most people stick to these nice rules and guidelines, because they will make the entire content enjoyable a lot!
Welcome. I think most people do - there are no strict rules as such and some people will be dicks but the vast majority won't. All the best:)
