wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain

Inefficiency
the state of not achieving maximum productivity; failure to make the best use of time or resources
Intimidation
to force into or deter from some action by inducing fear
Nepotism
the practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs
Oversight
regulatory supervision through watchful and responsible care
Procurement
the action of persuading or causing (someone) to do
something
Trafficking in Influence
the illegal practice of using one's influence in government or connections with persons in authority to obtain favours or preferential treatment for another, usually in return for payment
Waste
an act or instance of using or expending something carelessly, extravagantly, or to no purpose
Whistleblower
a person who informs on a person or organization engaged in an illicit activity
this is the sad situation of many arab states unfortunately (and Asian for that matter)
