Coming across this site about two weeks ago, I knew something like this will be expected around here. People love money, I love money, you love money, but most people are greedy and want their post to be at the top to gather all the votes up. I thought Steem would've already had a solution to the issue implemented, but I guess not.
To add to the list of possible solutions, they should have an I.P limit so that you can't spam accounts and also flagging a post should also have a limit. If you're a household, you should request custom permission for a new account, but that should also be limited to about 5 per household
